Senior Corporate Recruiter

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is an onsite strategic partner to hiring managers and HR Partners for a Southwire mega site and assigned client group locations. This role is responsible for developing and implementing TA strategies and programs that are in line with the business unit needs. This position will manage all aspects of the full cycle recruiting process to ensure that staffing requirements are met to attract, source, and interview top, diverse talent to meet dynamic business needs efficiently and effectively. In this role, you will find top talent for both hourly and salary positions across your assigned geographic area. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist must demonstrate expert knowledge of the recruitment process, build trust with candidates and hiring managers, and clearly articulate the Southwire Employee Value Proposition.This is a hybrid position that will need to be in Bremen 3 times per week and work from home 2 days.Qualifications and Experience o Bachelor's degreeo 7

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
