Assemble parts in specified relationship to shop orders Work at various work stations as production needs require Package vinyl/aluminum gates and fence sections according to orders Clean work area, machines, tools, and equipment Perform other routine duties as needed Required Skills:
Basic Math Skills Must be able to follow directions Attention to detail Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen Required Skills:
Basic Math Skills Must be able to follow directions Attention to detail Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen Pay rate varies by department.
Employees are eligible for a raise after 60 days and again after 6 months of employment pending performance reviews.
Weekly Production Bonus eligibility begins after 90 days of employment ($50 minimum per week) for qualified positions (eligibility determined by performance & attendance).
Benefit information:
Paid Weekly All DSI employees receive a $15,000 Life Insurance policy after 60 days of employment paid for by the company.
After 3 years of employment, DSI pays for 90% of an employee's health insurance premium.
Employees can take out Dental &/or Vision insurance but decline medical coverage.
401(k) plan available after 1 year of employment with DSI matching 25% of employee contributions up to 6% (1.
